Kurokotei (黒皇帝) is a French electronic musician best known for composing multiple tracks that are featured in multiple rhythm games, especially her track Galaxy Collapse, which was a remix of Heian Alien by ZUN, which was used as UFO Nue's theme in Touhou 12.
