The third full length release of ATR was highly awaited by fans. The addition of Nic Endo to the electronics create a kind of noise chaos style plus addition of many noise layers and political lyrics.
Many fans didn't specially like the third output (without including the many EPs and LPs out on DHR and compilations) because of the ultra noisy style. The album was mixed and recorded by Andy Wallace and had been issued year 1999, 2 years before the death of MC Carl Crack of an overdose, then the album had been released in triple LP and CD by DHR, Alec Empire label in the last years of heavy productions.
